[GitHub] incubator-brooklyn-site pull request: Add link to how-to-contribut...

    Add link to how-to-contribute-docs.html

    This is also a test of the "Edit this page" button that I am adding. Please do not merge this PR yet as it depends on other commits.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
