[PR] [v3-2-test] Fix pod_override serialization in DAG details and executor path (#65407) [airflow]

vatsrahul1001 opened a new pull request, #66898:
URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/66898

Cherry-pick of #65407 for the Airflow 3.2.2 patch release.

   ### Conflict resolution

   - `airflow-core/tests/unit/api_fastapi/core_api/datamodels/test_dags.py` — the file does not exist on `v3-2-test` (and was never created on this branch). Dropped from the cherry-pick; the production fixes in `dags.py` and `serialized_objects.py` carry the bug fix.
   - `airflow-core/tests/unit/serialization/test_serialized_objects.py` — PR's after-context included four unrelated `test_serialized_dag_getitem_*` tests from a separate PR not in this backport set. Kept only #65407's actual contribution (`test_serialize_v1pod_attempts_import_before_serializing`), dropped the others.
