[PR] Revert addition to .htaccess [arrow-site]
ianmcook opened a new pull request, #621:

This reverts #619. The Arrow site began to serve an HTTP 500 error some time after #619 was merged. Possibly this was a coincidence but I'm quickly merging this revert to see if that brings the site back up.

Thanks for catching this @ianmcook - had assumed that only changing this bit wouldn't be an issue but looks like even that broke things. Will check with infra about how to do this without as much experimentation.
