*ROOT-CAUSE:*

When we drop database, we remove _all_ contents of destination folder and if DB location the same as default DB, we remove all in _warehouse_ folder. Nevertheless removed DBs still exist in Metastore.

*SOLUTION*

Throw an error when the target location on HDFS already exists.
