[ANNOUNCE] Apache Commons Math 2.2 released

The Apache Commons team is pleased to announce the release of version
2.2 of Commons Math. Commons Math is a library of lightweight,
self-contained mathematics and statistics components addressing the most
common problems not available in the Java programming language or
Commons Lang.

Version 2.2 is primarily a maintenance release, but it also includes new
features and enhancements. Users of version 2.1 are encouraged to
upgrade to 2.2, as this release includes some important bug fixes. This
release includes some minor API compatibility breaks with version 2.1.

description of all API changes, bug fixes and enhancements.

Source and binary distributions are available for download from the
Apache Commons Math download site:

location when downloading the release.
