In Solr 9, I suggest we set org.apache.lucene.store.MMapDirectory.sharedArenaMaxPermits=64 in bin/solr.  On the 9x line, the default is 1024 but current wisdom is that 64 is a better default (true for Lucene 10.x).

_note: using priority "Blocker" to ensure we don't forget_
