Airflow Backport Providers 2021.3.17 are released

Dear Airflow community,

I'm happy to announce that Airflow Backport Providers packages 2021.3.17
were just released.

This was mainly a "maintenance" release - the providers released with
2020.10.29 version were partially broken (in a very twisted way - they
worked ok when initially released but then when new packages were released
they could break those other packages). Details here:

I am going to yank all the 2020.10.29 releases now as we have a viable
replacement for all those packages released in October).

The source release, as well as the binary releases, are available here:

We also made those versions available on PyPi for convenience ('pip install
apache-airflow-backport-providers-*'):
