Hey Paul,

Can you coordinate with Gav from infra@ (CC'ed) on:

To get Balance and our PEAR channel set up as part of the
final steps after the VOTE passes? I am copying Gav on 
this email just to give him a heads up, but Paul can you please
take the convo to infrastructure@apache.org and/or to 
OODT-329 and #asfinfra on IRC?
