> TestOzoneManagerHA#testOMRestart verifies that on OM restart, the snapshot is downloaded and the state is reloaded properly. For this, it is assumed that the logs are being purged periodically on the OMs. This Jira aims to corroborate that the ratis log purging is happening as expected.
