In this concept, what is the use of FormListener object?

it is a simple listener,
AbstractXMLFormAction registers form listeners,
the sample WizardAction implements FormListener interface.

It doesn't have a lot of use right now.
In the future it will probably be useful to be able to subscribe to events
that occur during form access.
