[users@httpd] How to enable Apache for proxy module

Good morning,

How to enable proxy/cache module for Apache web server on http platform?
No experience with Apache but I am working at client site and this is a
small piece that I need to enable.   Is there a generic config file that can
be used to do this?   Thanks!
