Where do you install Xerces-j in Mac OS X?

Hi everyone!

We are developing a Mac OS X application that needs Xerces-j.  In 
order to make the installation process a little bit easier we want  to 
automatically install xerces and other components the application 
needs (Xalan and Tomcat).  What path do you use or do you 
recommend for Xerces?
