Preparing for a new release: MRQL 0.9.4

Dear MRQL developers & mentors,
I would like to prepare a new release candidate (MRQL 0.9.4) for vote in the next few days. The previous release MRQL 0.9.2 was released on July 26, 2014. The most important new feature in the new release is support for Apache Flink, which has been fine-tuned and is now ready to be include in the release. A recent new feature is support for Spark streaming (still experimental).
