When I run the ./configure --prefix=<<DIR>>
The last message that is thrown in the console is
"checking whether to enable mod_rewrite... no"
In the config.log file the follwing error is logged.
"Cannot read data from license server (-16,15:22) Invalid argument"
Please suggest what could be the reason for the error

Some piece of your compiler is configured to talk to a license server and it
can't contact it. Not an Apache issue.
