[DISCUSSION] Release 4.1.0

We have currently 8 issues marked for 4.1.0, and 3 of them are patch available. Unless any blocker comes up until we release 4.1.0, I suggest that we mark new jiras for later releases (currently, only 4.2.0). For existing jiras, please make sure you agree with the current assignment of jiras to releases. Otherwise, let's see if we can cut a release within the next few weeks.
