Web services best practice

Hi guys,
I've been trying to get a handle on establishing a cocoon based application
as a web service (ie a web service server).
My question is this:
What's the best way to implement this? Do I use the WebServiceProxyGenerator
or the AxisRPCReader and what are the advantages of using either?

Any help would be really appreciated.
