When creating an external dataset, the user has an option to specify a fixed prefix within the external storage bucket. However, after the creation, the only way for the user to specify a subpath within the prefix is to drop and recreate the dataset which is not practical. We should add a simple hint that can accept such subpath per external dataset in the query.
