This PR fixes:
- BIT(n>1) is wrongly mapping to boolean instead of long for MySQL Connector/J. This is because we only have a case branch for Maria Connector/J.
- MySQL Docker Integration Tests were using Maria Connector/J, not MySQL Connector/J

Merged to master.
For branch-3.5 and branch-3.4, I believe we had better pass the CIs individually. Please make two backporting PRs.

Thank you @dongjoon-hyun. The sign or unsign logic is not the same between the two connectors. I fixed the corresponding tests and kept a tracker for the legacy ones in the last commit.
