The {{report}} goal does not include {{threadSafe}} attribute in generated documentation.

This is due to the fact, that {{PluginDescriptorBuilder}} does not populate request with {{ExtendedMojoDescriptor}} hence the block in {{writeGoalAttributes}} is effectively dead.
