log4net 1.2.9 beta release

Hello,

In accordance to [1], the log4net project [2], with the support of the
Logging Services PMC which has voted on the subject [3], seeks the
formal approval of the Incubator PMC.

Are there any concerns that need to be addressed before log4net is
given the green light?
