[jira] [Updated] (HBASE-14845) hbase-server leaks jdk.tools
dependency to mapreduce consumers
Sean Busbey updated HBASE-14845:
--------------------------------
Attachment: HBASE-14845.1.patch
-01
- exclude transitive from hbase-annotations in hbase-server
- exclude transitive from hadoop-common at top level
The leaking through hadoop-common might be needed in earlier versions. it definitely comes through with Hadoop 2.7.1 so it's probably worth including wether or not earlier versions of hadoop-common leak it in case folks set hadoop-two.version while building.

> HBASE-13963 / HBASE-14844 take care of removing leaks of our dependency on jdk-tools.
> Until we move the mapreduce support classes out of hbase-server (HBASE-11843), we need to also avoid leaking the dependency from that module.
