   Since `MetricsControl` has been introduced, old simple metrics like sum, avg, min, max and count_distinct aren't necessary anymore. Let's clean this up:
   * columns in BaseMetric derivatives
   * delete unused metrics (not saved in any charts)?
   * use modern metrics definitions in load_examples
