  Added:       framework/src/java/share/org/apache/cactus/util
                        StringUtil.java
  Log:
  fixed issues with JUnit (I must have been using a non-offical version of junit.jar somehow as it was wokring before ... !?). Anyway, it now works with any version of JUnit ...
