Override the default SQL strings for:

ALTER TABLE UPDATE COLUMN TYPE
ALTER TABLE UPDATE COLUMN NULLABILITY
in the following PostgreSQL JDBC dialect according to official documentation.

Write PostgreSQL integration tests for JDBC.
