   1. 目前Prometheus采用的是社区提供的组件，做的比较简单。 详细参考 metrics-prometheus 模块的代码。 
   2. 开启metrics以后，会提供  /health 接口。 但不是很清楚你描述的“心跳”是一个什么功能，需要达到什么目标。 
   3. 参考1， 因为这块目前主要是对接社区， 能够有进程使用Prometheus的用户提供PR支持就非常好了。
