   Sure, the website will rebuild and deploy in three cases:
   
   * Schedule time: in 5:00 AM UTC timezone, which you could see in https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler-website/blob/master/.github/workflows/website.yml#L8
   * PR merged:  Any new commit merged to https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler-website
   * Manually: Committers can run the GitHub action with https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler-website/actions/workflows/website.yml
