KeyRange hint.
One thing need to note is: there'is a few new test statement added in the end of TestScannerSelectionUsingKeyRange file, comparing with trunk code, it's schema metric related.(In deed, this is the original patch, trunk code were removed due to schema metric compiling failed)

I ran "mvn clean test -P localTests -Dtest=TestScannerSelectionUsingKeyRange" locally and passed.
