I'm using svn.apache.org from the UK.

Most of the time, svn.apache.org resolves to 140.211.11.105 (US), but it sometimes resolves to 160.45.251.2 (EU). (Just tried dig several times)

I would expect it to be more consistent, and also to resolve to the EU IP address in preference to the US address.

Is there something amiss with the geo detection?
