The tac-apply@ alias is used for sensitive discussions around TAC, especially during judging and travel booking. Everything else goes to the archived mailing list

Could the alias please be updated ready for the Vancouver judging? New set of recipients should be:
 * Myself (nick@)
 * Melissa (ea@)
 * Lewis (lewismc@)
 * Christofer Dutz (cdutz@)
