[Bug 4602] New: Recoding of _PREVIEW_ in reports

http://bugzilla.spamassassin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4602

Summary: Recoding of _PREVIEW_ in reports
           Product: Spamassassin
           Version: 3.1.0
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P5
         Component: Translations and Languages
        AssignedTo: dev@spamassassin.apache.org
        ReportedBy: anfi@priv.onet.pl

Spamassassin allows to specify report_charset but _PREVIEW_ is not "recoded"
from charset of the spam to report_charset.

I wanted to set report_charset to utf-8 to see "readable" previews of non
english spams in multitude of encodings e.g. polish with non standard encoding
(win-1250) or russian.

I am sure other users would like to see "readable" previews of spams in chinese,
japanese, hebrew, ...
