First of all, (in marketing point of view, in other word,
Search Engine Optimization // SEO)
do not use "frames" on the main and other pages. I am sure
this will be solved by your plan of maven-ization or
forrest-ization. And append meaningful <title>
to each pages for ranking up in google.
Just "<title>Tapestry</title>" is meaningless, because
this is for only those who know the name, "Tapestry".
Second, (this is just for Japanese users) translations
of the all of the documents of Tapestry into Japanese
might be a help.
I will not translate them until the maven-ization or
forrest-ization would be in progress.
I'd translated the website of Jakarta (and related) projects,
more than 10 projects (including jakarta-poi,bcel,commons and so on),
and fortunately? I did not translate Velocity and JSP related products'
website ;-)
Three, hurry up to get many "enthusiastic" users of Tapestry and
let them to write articles on their blogs or websites (diaries).

If you are planning to porting the existing website to
Forrest-like one, maybe I can help on these portions.
And I will write some articles on Tapestry in Japanese
in the near future. (in monthly magazine or something)
Sincerely,
