Questions about veltag
Hi, all,
A question about veltag? Is it stable? How many people are using it?
Is the current version veltag-0.01-dev.jar? That's what I got from the
nightly build.
Thanks
David

Hah! More use of Veltag would by definition mean more use of *.jsp files
instead of pure *.vm files. Of course, the JSP's _would_ have less icky
jsp filling in the middle and more gooey velocity goodness.
That said, the Veltag option _is_ a good way to sneak in Velocity if the
boss demands *.jsp usage. Stability? Well, it seems to work in some of
my older stuff just fine... before Velocity Tools & Velocity+Struts &
VelocityLayoutServlet came along.
Cheers,
Timo

That's a statement :)

I guess you'll need to define what you mean. It's an unsupported
contribution (by me) and people are using it. It would be nice if a
bunch of people started using and improving it.
