We have looked online at your users forum but what was offered did not seem
to work.

We have a spreadsheet file that appears to be corrupt and we are unable to
open it.
We've spent hours on this file and only receive a boxed option for opening
in another language and if we do, it is all gibberish.

We enjoy using your products but sometimes they crash and our files are
lost!!!
