The console will attempt to connect to the router using the same host and port that was used to serve the console. 
If that fails (probably due to missing username/password), the console will look for a previously saved address and port. If found, the login page will display the saved values. If not found, the login page will use default values.  

Instead of using default values (localhost and port 5673), the login page should use the host and port that was used to serve the console.
