   Backport of #17849 / 90055d55b6e1166580824e5cbed77a7c253ef514 to dev/1.3.
   
   This backport keeps the receiver-side tree model changes that apply to dev/1.3:
   - enable schema verification when pipe receiver load conversion is enabled
   - avoid writing partial insert rows/tablets before receiver type conversion
   - update receiver load statement tests
   
   2.x table-model load analyzer changes and table/dual ITs are not applicable to dev/1.3.
   
   Verification:
   - mvn -DskipTests spotless:apply -pl iotdb-core/datanode: passed
   - mvn -Ddevelocity.off=true -pl iotdb-core/datanode -Dtest=IoTDBDataNodeReceiverTest test: failed during existing datanode compilation errors in unrelated pipe/schema modules before running the test
