Patch doesn't add any functionality - just improves what we have.  The biggest change is that the JAXBModelUtils setEnvironment and getEnvironment now work for client and server for app client deployment plans.  This change enables the code in DependencySection and DependencyWizard to become simpler and remove 2 unneeded AppClient classes.
