Users need to be notified, because their {{oozie.launcher}} properties, which were present idly in job.xml, will be getting into effect when this fix gets shipped.

The {{oozie.launcher.\*}} properties should end up in the launcher job as {{oozie.launcher.foo}} and {{foo}}, just like if you had put them in {{<configuration>}}.
