   In #15881, @galaxylqx provided support for MySQL instances, but DistSQL has lacked the corresponding capabilities.
   I hope to add this feature in DistSQL, add a new syntax `REGISTER STORAGE NODE` (For data source instance), corresponding to `REGISTER STORAGE UNIT`.
