Status of unused source code in 3.0.0
Hi,
There us a number of sub-directories under src/xercesc/ containing
source code that is not picked up by any build configuration. These
are:
/util/MsgLoaders/MsgFile
/util/NetAccessors/MacOSURLAccess
/util/Transcoders/Iconv390
/util/Transcoders/Iconv400
/util/Transcoders/Uniconv390
/util/Transcoders/IconvFBSD
If nobody is planning to maintain these, then we should probably move
them out of the trunk and into something like a 'vault' module where
we can store unused code.

I deleted MacOSURLAccess, as it supports only Mac systems prior to
Mac OS X, which we don't contemplate with Xerces 3. These sources are
still available in the Xerces 2 branch if anybody really needs them
anymore.
