Command line client hanging

Hello,
 
I am using ATG Dynamo 5.1.1 to deploy few web services.
I have successfully deployed axis in Dynamo.
 
But I am not able to access any functionality of axis from command line
tools.
I am able to access AxisServlet, AdminServlet from a browser.
When I try to contact them from a command line tool, the client simply
hangs.
 
I tried to identify the problem using tcpmon.
My command line tool is sending request to tcpmon and there is no reply
from server.
But response is coming from the server when I hit the Resend button in
tcpmon.
Classpath of tcpmon is same as that of my command line tool.
 
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
