couchone admin login

Finally got around to checking out my couchone (thanks couch.io!)
couch instance.

But...how do I login as admin? Doesn't seem to want to let me do too
much without being admin and I can't remember if I created a password
and forgot it, or if there is just a default I need to use, first.

Hope everyone is having a good Labor Day weekend...
