   ## Feature Request

   ### Is your feature request related to a problem?

   No

   ### Describe the feature you would like.

In MySQL, users quickly import data files through the `LOAD DATA` and `LOAD XML` statements, allowing for quick initialization. In order to improve user experience, it is expected that ShardingSphere can support `LOAD DATA` and `LOAD XML` statements for single table and broadcast table.

   * MySQL Load Data Statement: https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/load-data.html
   * MySQL Load Xml Statement: https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/load-xml.html
