In Marmotta we have introduced a Debian package for our webapp (see MARMOTTA-431 for further details). Asking at IRC if the ASF is providing any apt-related infrastructure, the idea of using the nexus-apt-plugin has been suggested by [~jfarrell] and [~brianf]. 

Could we enable it for testing?
