[jira] [Created] (SOLR-7561) Make zkClientConnectTimeout configurable

Gregory Chanan created SOLR-7561:
------------------------------------

             Summary: Make zkClientConnectTimeout configurable
                 Key: SOLR-7561
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-7561
             Project: Solr
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: SolrCloud
            Reporter: Gregory Chanan
            Priority: Trivial

This value is currently hard coded; it would be nice if it were configurable for cases where connecting to ZK may be slow. Note that unlike other configuration stored in ZK, this probably needs to be bootstrapped via a System property.
