Unfortunately mail block depends on the scratchpad block for the webmail
application - but both for the branch and the trunk. As I wrote in the
branch mail block *can not* depend on the scratchpad block, so the
webmail application is broken.
Shall we remove the webmail block from the branch and make it an extra
block in trunk?
