The list of IPMC members in whoweare.html was out of date, I have
synced it with the committee-info.txt, please cross-check:

I have just updated the file on people.apache.org, so it might take a
few hours before whoweare.html is updated on the web. If the third
name in the list is not "Antoine Lévy-Lambert", it's not the latest
version yet.
