FYI, best practices component in jira

Hi,

I have created a "best practices" component in jira, that we can use
to document things that we should gradually improve in our code.

http://s.apache.org/sling.best.practices lists the current issues.

Using jira instead of the wiki, for example, makes it easier to track
when things were created and commented on, and each best practice gets
an identifier that can be used in TODO comments when we see code that
needs improvement but for some reason cannot be improved right now.
