Hi all,

It's awesome to discuss ideas and issues in the mailing list, but once a
discussion lands on an action (or even gets close to one), please create a
JIRA ticket.  In fact, it doesn't hurt to do so and use the comment system
in JIRA for the discussion.  The reason being, it's sometimes hard after a
few weeks to return and try to find the conversations, remember the context,
or even remember they exist...

Please use JIRA.  Make sure to set the release accordingly (especially the
release affected -- that is, the one you're using that caused you to make
the comment).
