We should backup the first time a file is created here: /x1/nexus-work/proxy/attributes/releases/
This will allow us to restore the audit history of who deployed each file.
*NOTE:* the current backup has the potential of excluding artifacts with the name 'central', 'public', etc
( I don't think we have files like this but) a project could add a /org/apache/<projectId>/central/foo/bla and that would be excluded (I think)
