[GitHub] [beam] damccorm opened a new issue, #20162: Python type hints: fix arbitrary argument hints

damccorm opened a new issue, #20162:
URL: https://github.com/apache/beam/issues/20162

   Fix annotation import in from_callable to support annotations on arbitrary (variadic) arguments.

   For example, in IOTypeHintsTest.test_from_callable, the annotation for args and kwargs should be:
   ```
   *args: T
   **kwargs: str
   ```

   and converted to this in from_callable:
   ```
   Tuple[T, ...]
   Dict[str, str]
   ```

   Imported from Jira [BEAM-10013](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-10013). Original Jira may contain additional context.
   Reported by: udim.
